Howard Edward Ringer, Sr.

Howard Edward Ringer Sr., husband to Olivia Wheeler Ringer, succumbed to death early morning on Wednesday, March 27th  after an extended illness at age 81.  He was a resident of Queens, NY for over 55 years and recently relocated his family to Chattanooga, TN.  

Howard was the first born to the late Judson & Emma Jackson Ringer of Chattanooga, TN. Howard Sr. and his wife, Olivia, had three children, Howard E. Ringer, Jr., Lucinda Oriana Ringer, and Jonathan Judson Ringer. Howard had one grandchild, Brandon Howard Ringer.
